Immerse yourself in the guest experience at Pendrell Hall Wedding Venue when we invite you for your exclusive Pre-Wedding Event.
These events offer our happy couples the unique opportunity to see Pendrell Hall from their wedding guest’s point of view. It’s easy to forget that you are the hosts on your big day. Your wedding day will probably be the first time any of your guests have been to Pendrell Hall and it’s great to be able to take a step back and see the venue from their perspective prior to your wedding.
Divine Inspiration
Your Wedding Breakfast is one of the most important and enjoyable parts of your wedding day.
At Pendrell Hall you get to design your own wedding breakfast menu, which is great but it can be really hard to decide what you’d like to serve! You’ll want to choose a menu that reflects your individual style, appeals to your guests and compliments the season you’re getting married in, a cold salad starter just doesn’t cut it on a chilly winter’s day!
We’ll serve up a number of dishes for you to try at your Wedding Experience Event, making it much easier to design your perfect wedding menu.
Liquid Refreshment
You’re very welcome to supply your own daytime drinks at Pendrell Hall and we don’t apply a corkage fee. That’s amazing but it’s not always practical for couples who live some distance from the venue.
The Cellar at Pendrell Hall offers sublime, discounted drinks for your wedding which can be ordered on a sale or return basis direct from the venue. Better still, you get to sample these stunning Cellar Wines at your pre-wedding event.
You’ll have to toss a coin to see who’s driving!

Stott Weddings
I love Deborah Stott’s approach to wedding photography. She says… ‘When we meet up, I won’t ask you for a shot list; I’ll ask how you met, how he proposed, where you’re thinking of going for your honeymoon. Questions that help me get a sense of who you are, so that I can capture the best versions of you, on one of the best days of your lives.’
She’s awesome and our couples love her, she tells the story of their wedding day so beautifully, that’s why she’s one of our Dream Team photographers.
Fine Flowers
Lynne Palfreyman heads up the small team of talent that are Fine Flowers of Rugeley. Her gorgeous floral creations are always a hit with couples.
We love the different table centrepieces displayed at the Wedding Experience Event, it’s amazing the impact you can create with creative displays in our gorgeous Ballroom.
Strictly Weddings
Our recommended wedding DJ Steve Woodward of Strictly Weddings took the time to set up his wonderful light up love letters which are available to hire through his wedding DJ service. We get great feedback about Steve’s very professional approach on the run up to the wedding and his skill at getting everyone up on the dance floor on the night!
Laura Jane Wedding Cakes
Laura Jane put on a divine selection of incredible wedding cakes to inspire and delight. Not only did they all look amazing but the lovely Laura was in attendance, offering samples of her wedding cake to try with a cup of tea or coffee and it’s fair to say the cake tasted as good as it looked! Yum.
Christian Fletcher Magic
Close up magic can add that ‘wow’ factor to your wedding and keep guests delighted and amused throughout the wedding reception. All our Wedding Experience Guests were astounded by Christian’s jaw-droppingly good magic tricks.

Ashmore Acoustics
Brothers Liam and Matt make up the acoustic duo Ashmore Acoustics. We never fail to be impressed by their ‘full band sound’, their professionalism, talent and energy. They tailor their song-list to suit the different elements of your big day and your personal preferences; they really lift the mood and add to the atmosphere.
Nero String Quartet
Stella heads up the Nero Strings Quartet and her love of music is evident, the girls perform a wide repertoire, encompassing classical and contemporary music. Their take on some of the biggest chart hits of recent years is simply genius!
We love their style and we hope our guests at the Wedding Experience Event enjoyed their heavenly music too.
Royale Casino Photobooth
Encourage guests to let their hair down and get into the party spirit at your wedding reception with Royal Casino’s Photobooth. There’s nothing quite like a box of props and a private booth to bring out the six year old in any wedding guest!
We hope you gave it a try and enjoyed the experience; needless to say the addition of a couple of wedding reception drinks on your big day goes a long way to enhance the photobooth experience greatly!
Platinum Wedding Cars of Cannock
We love the seriously hot wheels supplied by Platinum Wedding Cars, a local family business who run a fleet of extraordinary vehicles available to hire for your wedding day.
Paul Powell is so lovely to work with and his pristine motor cars are simply sensational.

We love John Roberts aka The Mad Badger, his artistic talents and sartorial style make him an exceptional addition to any wedding!
