Teamwork is key to delivering the Best Day Ever at Pendrell Hall. From the Event Managers who plan with you and coordinate the entire day, to the back of house teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything is perfectly in place and prepared for each wedding day. Every single member of the team is such an integral part of your big day, so we’d thought we’d let you in on some of the exciting prep that goes on behind closed doors.




The Bookings Team


Our Bookings Team are at the heart of everything we do here at Pendrell Hall. Organisation is their middle name!
They play a super important role in managing your booking contract to ensure we have all the legal information we need in order for your wedding to take place. They also handle things like payments, room bookings, and any extras you may wish to add to your wedding inventory.

Making the decision to book your wedding venue can naturally feel a little overwhelming. The Bookings Team are a valued source of reassurance during this time as they are available 7 days a week to answer any questions. You can be confident that they have all the administrative side of your wedding day set in place, so you and your event manager are free to focus on the exciting planning.


The Events Team


Right from your very first viewing with us, you will come to be very familiar with our smiley, happy Events Team who are always on hand to support you in any way. Our Event Managers are specialists in the wedding industry and are a highly valuable resource to you throughout your wedding journey.

They are responsible for helping you to achieve the wedding day you’ve always dreamed of. They will work with you to help plan your entire day and stay with you throughout your whole wedding day to keep everything running smoothly. You can relax in the knowledge that on your wedding day, your Event Manager has got everything under control.




The Night Porter


Our dependable Night Porters are highly trusted members of the team who keep the venue safe and secure throughout the night. They are on hand to help guests staying overnight in any of the on-site accommodation no matter the time.

All the important prep begins in the early hours. Our wonderful night porters also work through the night to help clean guest facilities and clear the venue of the day’s setup. They carefully pack away any remaining decoration into overnight storage ready for the happy couple to take home the next morning. This leaves the venue nice and tidy for the Housekeeping Team’s arrival while helping to ensure a smooth and easy check out process the next day.


Housekeeping


Our fabulous Housekeepers are proud perfectionists and are responsible for keeping our venue looking wonderful. They arrive at the crack of dawn equipped with all the cleaning supplies you could possibly think of to upkeep our venue to the highest standards. They storm the venue as a team to cover the whole Country House, all 20 bedrooms in The Orchard Stables, all 3 Hall Suites, our Shepherds Hut, as well as our 2 onsite self-catering properties, all in one morning! There’s not a speck of dust to be found once they’ve worked their magic.

Housekeeping’s duties don’t end with cleaning. They also work closely with the Event Managers in setting up for your wedding. They assist with table setups, decorations, and any other little jobs that the Event Manager may need help with. They are highly valued team members whose roles are integral to a smooth setup on the morning of your wedding.




The Breakfast Team


Our fabulous Breakfast Team work closely alongside Housekeeping, as well as preparing a wonderful complimentary breakfast in The Orchard Stables for all guests staying on site. They are a huge support to all the teams on the morning setup.

Our Breakfast Team often build strong relationships with couples as they are the first to greet you on arrival, and the last to wave you off. They love nothing more than to join you the morning after your wedding to reminisce over your special day over some well needed grub. They ensure you not only leave with a full appetite, but also a full heart and a head fresh with treasured memories.


The Gardeners

Pendrell Hall is surrounded by six acres of beautiful grounds that are full of character and intriguing features. However, to keep all the grounds looking as wonderful as they do, it takes a lot of hard work.

The gardeners are always mowing, trimming, and pruning away throughout all the seasons to keep things looking pristine. They have an exceptional eye for detail and are always looking into ways to improve the grounds to make them more and more beautiful each year.

You’ll have the opportunity to capture some beautiful shots in the grounds on your wedding day. There are a whole host of stunning natural backdrops all courtesy of our Gardeners’ time and care.

No matter how many different departments there are here at Pendrell Hall, we run like a family unit. Every team member works with the same ethos at their core, to deliver the Best Day Ever to every single couple we welcome through our doors.
