Check-in times for the bedrooms do vary, please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific check-in time of the room you booked. It'll be either 12 noon, 1pm or 2pm.
Our team will be available from midday to assist guests with a 12 noon check-in.
Early check-in requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
Upon arrival at Pendrell Hall please park your car before making your way to the check-in desk inside Orchard Stables.
Local Eateries
We only do weddings at Pendrell Hall, we don’t operate a public bar or restaurant. Every couple enjoys exclusive use of the venue on their big day.
The Orchard Stables accommodation team are available from 12 Noon to 2pm to assist overnight guests.
We can recommend these nearby establishments if you’d like a drink or a bite to eat before making your way over to Pendrell Hall.
Changing Rooms
We have two Changing Rooms available from 12 Noon on the wedding day, which you are very welcome to use.
Located within The Orchard Stables, they’re a great option if you’d like to get your glad rags on prior to your specified bedroom check-in time.

Later Check-ins
Should the civil ceremony at Pendrell Hall be later than 2pm the check-in desk and changing rooms will remain open until the ceremony time.
Should we be expecting the wedding party late afternoon following a church ceremony, please make your way to the check-in desk upon arrival at Pendrell Hall to collect your rooms keys.
If you are an evening guest arriving later, please make your way into Pendrell Hall where our bar staff will be pleased to assist you.
Breakfast - 8:00am to 9:30am
Breakfast at Pendrell Hall is a sociable affair. Our breakfast room features large round dining tables, to echo the wedding breakfast experience of the previous day; ideal for sharing your wedding day recollections.
From 8:00 to 9:30am, we offer a delicious cooked breakfast; locally sourced bacon and sausages, free range egg omelette, hash browns and Heinz baked beans; as well as a selection of continental pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, orange juice and lots of freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Check-out is 10.30am
Please ensure that you have checked-out and vacated Pendrell Hall’s grounds by 10.30am the morning after the wedding.

The Bedrooms
Our bedrooms are equipped with ‘The White Company’ toiletries, a hair dryer and bottled mineral water with our compliments.
If you have booked a ‘Double Plus Room’, please note these are only suitable for 2 adults, one child and one baby (double bed, single child bed, and cot).
All other bedrooms are suitable for two people only.
